Kim is a 17-year seasoned franchise development professional who previously worked for brands such as Ben & Jerry’s, HouseMaster Home Inspections, Wireless Zone, ComForCare Home Care and Big Frog Franchise Group.

Over the years Kim has supported thousands of people through the discovery process and helped many of them realize their dreams of stepping into successful entrepreneurship. Kim has been a featured speaker at several  International Franchise Association (IFA) events, and a panelist at the Franchise Leadership and Development Conference. While Kim prides herself on ensuring the perfect match for her clients in various industries, she specializes in the Home Service space, given her extensive experience in that B2C realm.
