How it Works

Exploring franchise ownership can feel overwhelming, there are so many choices in just about every industry you can imagine.  My role is to make sure you understand how franchising works to see if it's a viable option for you, then match you with brands that fit what you're looking for. You only speak with the brands YOU choose, and I continue to provide guidance, coaching and support every step of the way. 

The Process

Intro Call

It all starts with a short meeting to discuss your motivation for considering franchising, I'll gladly answer your initial questions, explain the process, and if you'd like to work with me, we'll get started down the path of exploring options! 

Confidential Personal Profile

After our Intro Call, I will send you a questionnaire that takes about 20 minutes to complete. This information helps me tremendously in being able to find options that could be a fit for you. 

Consultation

We'll spend about an hour in a Zoom meeting reviewing your questionnaire, more about YOU, various franchise business models, and designing your ideal business. The entire purpose of this meeting is to evaluate franchising as a potential match for your life, and the type of businesses best align.

Matching

This is where it starts getting really fun! I will come back to you with a list of options to review  You tell me which ones you are interested in speaking with, and I'll make introductions accordingly. 

Due Diligence

Each brand has a discovery process, which is specifically designed for both parties to make an informed decision. Over the next 30-60 days you will learn about the business model, review legal documents, complete financial modeling, talk to existing franchisees, and meet with key executives. Together we'll review what you're learning, assess how it aligns with your goals. I'll also coach you to ensure you put your best foot forward with the brands, positioning yourself for approval. 

Decision and Awarding

Due diligence is a process of elimination. At this point, you've ascertained that franchising is the right option for you, and found your ideal match.  Upon meeting the team and being formally approved, you sign a franchise agreement, and congratulations!! You are a business owner!!
